Strategy Review & Portfolio Change Alignment 

Review of the organisational strategy against the change portfolio or programmes to ensure benefits are aligned to optimise the business goals and strategic objectives.

Strategy Mapping

Undertake a structured strategy mapping exercise, facilitated through engagement workshops, that supports the alignment of strategic objectives, outcomes and benefits that need to be achieved to effectively deliver the organisational strategy.

 

Increases engagement, visibility and helps to optimise investment and resources.  

Strategy Design & Facilitation

Independently facilitated workshops to support the development of, or reaffirm the organisational strategy.  Development of the strategy documentation and engagement materials to support organisation wide communication and buy-in. 

 

Increases engagement and visibility of the organisation’s strategy and objectives. 

Target Operating Model (TOM) Review and Design

Review of current TOM and recommendations for optimisation and alignment to organisational strategy and objectives.  Support the design of a future state TOM through stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

 

Improves visibility of future state ways of working and increases engagement and participation in change.   

Transformation Roadmap Design and Rollout

Assessment and understanding of the current state.  Define the objectives and future state landscape supported by the TOM.  Design and produce a highly visual roadmap that defines the deliverables, changes to processes, people and ways of working aligned to identified and agreed milestones.  

 

Improved clarity and visibility through the provision of a clear visual representation of the transformation journey, including short-term wins and long-term strategic goals.

Telling the Story and Painting the Picture 

Creating the narrative and visual representation of the change or transformation in a high-quality visual format to engage stakeholders at defined points of the change journey.  

 

Improves understanding and consistency of the message of the change.
